Brandireā¢, an agency based in the D.C. area, tasked me with taking their new logo and creating a full branding system, which includes colors, typography, patterns, icons, photography, and an extensive style guide that goes into great detail about how to execute the brand across several platforms.
Woolley G's Bike & Fitness Logo
The guys at Woolley G's had a start on a logo concept but asked for my expertise in transforming it into a legit, professional logo that could be used on hats, shirts, stickers, you name it. I created this custom type that's a little off the beaten path, in that it reads as a nice chunky script font, but is a little funky, so it has a unique flavor of its own, just like Woolley G's. You won't find it in anyone else's logo. The name-only logo is super simple and functional, while the circle logo brings in some depth and detail and places Woolley G's right in the middle of the piney woods of East Texas. This one will be great for T-shirts.
The Commons Church Branding
Branding for a new church plant in Lansing, Michigan. My role in the branding design was to capture the church's focus on the cities of Lansing and East Lansing, Michigan State University, and the people of the area. This, along with a sense of community, is reflected through the use of large photos of the city and people with minimal text. I also designed and developed their website.
Out-of-this-world branding. This is a fun brand that says we get creativity. And it's always fun playing with a space theme. There are so many possibilities with a brand like this, with so many animatable elements.
Carroll Communications Logo
The owner contacted me about creating a logo that was simple, very clean, and professional, but had a small, tasteful, woman's touch.
Branding for work trucks, signage, and business cards. Thomas wanted a bold, professional logo that was easily read on their 50+ oilfield trucks. So I created this, with a bold typeface, and a simple custom "T" that tells you right away they are in the drilling industry. Before they contacted me, I didn't even know this company existed. Now, I see their trucks all over the place, and I'm sure their business is loving that.
When you clutch, you make a fist. I wanted to bring in the fist element in a digital, tech-y, sort of style. So I turned the fingers of the fist into the colored meter you see in audio and video production. Did you see the fist?
East Texas Nature Explorers Logo
Logo for a nature group based out of the Tyler, TX, area. Nature includes so many things, and no one part of it tells the whole story. So I designed this logo as sort of a collage or "collection" from nature. And I wrapped it up in a patch design that would be perfect for sewing onto your backpack as you go take a hike through nature.
Food Truck Championship of Texas Branding
The client wanted a Texas logo and a fun brand. So I gave it to them! Mustard and ketchup colors, a food icon wallpaper design, and several fun t-shirt designs. These designs were used for web, print ads, billboards, t-shirts, signage, social media, and more.
Stuart Blalock Visual Co Logo
I will admit, this is a very detailed logo with lots of fine lines, but it's really shown off Stuart's precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
